Mommy LOVES to read and I do too! She reads whenever she can even though it is not very often. I keep her kinda busy attending to me! J She tries to keep up with her favorite authors such as Stephen King, Patricia Cornwell, John Sanford, Dean Koontz, and several others. She also loves photography and said she used to freelance in Dallas taking still photos and also video. She also was in cinematography assisting making movies! She says she still misses that but there is not much filming of movies going on around here. She was even an extra for Born on the Forth of July by Oliver Stone! You can even see her in the wide screen version of the movie! They dressed her up like a little girl and she looked so cute. <giggle>

My Mommy grew up in Dallas, TX and has lived out here in East Texas since 1991. When I was born she was back in college and finished an associates degree in Criminal Justice and a bachelors degree in Psychology. She tells me she has been in law enforcement since she was just a cadet with Dallas P.D. Since she moved here she has worked with the Sheriff's department and several years in the county jail. She started working with this police department in 1998. Last year she got a job as detective working all the domestic violence cases.
